Maersk adjusts peak season surcharges from China to the region!

Maersk announced on July 5 that it will reduce the Peak Season Surcharge (PSS) for all containers from China, Hong Kong, Taiwan to Kenya in order to continue to provide its global services, effective July 15.


Details are as follows:

On the same day, Maersk announced that it would adjust the Peak Season Surcharge (PSS) for all types of 20ft, 40ft and 45ft dry containers from China and Hong Kong to Senegal, effective July 8. 2024.


$3800 for all 20ft containers


$5.300 for all 40ft containers and 45ft dry cargo containers
